Etude House | Nymph Aura Volumer #1 Review

Obviously, I’ve been out hoarding Etude House products these past few days U_U /blames it on new Eastwood branch near my office. 

Anyway, here’s a review on Etude House’s Aura Nymph Volumer. Sandara’s secret to dewy glowing skin…I HAVE FOUND IT!!! *_*

I got #1 which is the PURE Nymph Aura. It comes in another variant which is the BRILLIANT Nymph Aura. I initially wanted to purchase #2, but they didn’t have stocks :c Oh well! :D 

I’m so happy with the pump! It works perfectly unlike their BB Cream pumps ._. One pump is this much. It’s a peachy/pink color and turns transparent when rubbed onto skin. I admit I was a bit iffy to try this product because I have Combination Skin type~ I didn’t want my T-zone to look more oily than it already is~ However, the reason I wanted to purchase this product so much is because I have been OBSESSED with Sandara’s ‘dewy glowing’ skin in her CF (Skin Mal:gel) ! Check it out on youtube if you haven’t! It looks so healthy and radiant! 

It’s supposed to be mixed with your BB Cream/Foundation in a 1:3 ratio (I mixed it with Etude House’s BB Cream just so…they match haha)

Good news is, it doesn’t make your foundation/BB Cream lighter/darker. Here’s a before and after shot:

I don’t know if you can see it clearly in the pictures but IT DOES WORK! :) I realized there’s a very thin line between glowing skin and oily skin. However, if you are the oily type…I’m a bit worried that it’ll turn greasy after a few hours (I’m just assuming). From my experience, it did make my face feel a bit oily but when I looked in the mirror, it still had that healthy glow. I tried patting it with oil blotter film ~ Surprisingly, my face didn’t turn matte :D The Oiliness was gone but the glow is still there!

PS: Pls don’t put too much volumizer because the product in itself is a BIT sticky. Also, if you find it to shiny on your face you might want to apply a very thin/sheer layer of loose powder (I used Candy Doll) to minimize the “glow”.

Etude House | Magic Bubble Peeling Review

Hello! :D Today I’ll be reviewing a product from Etude House called Magic Bubble Peeling ~ Been seeing this for the longest time on their shelves~ heehee :)

I think that’s the uhm…foam fairy or something HAHA /kidding!

It’s supposed to whiten and exfoliate your skin by removing excess dirt and oil. Also claims to be delicate on skin (woopeedoo!)

Don’t forget to shake well before using! 

I tried it out on my hand first~ :D

It kinda looks like hair mousse but a lot more airy. watery, and fluffy! Weird smell but not disturbing :)

OMG NASTY! Hahaha ._. 

On my face:

1. Taken right after I washed my face. 
2. Foam texture is just right so it’s not messy to use at all :) 
3. Scrub, scrub, scrub until the ‘dead skin cells/dirt’ show up (I know it looks kinda gross)
4. Wash it off … TADA! (LOL MY FACE BECAME SO SHINY) 

* Didn’t feel any itchy/tingling sensation ~ You might want to test it out on s small part of our face first before applying everything just in case you have super sensitive skin*

Overall I like this product because it’s fun and easy to use~! Makes your skin instantly brighter (But this is only a temporary effect of the product~) As for whitening? — Maybe with continued use. It also leaves your skin feeling SUPER soft, smooth, and squeaky clean :)

You can use this product once or twice per week (Don’t exfoliate everyday!!! LOL)

Etude House: Happy Tea Time Cleansing Cream

Been wanting to try a cleansing cream for ages now! I was so happy when I saw this a while ago! *u* — just because I TOTES LOVE the Happy Tea Time Facial Foam/Cleanser : Milk Tea ! Anyway, I got it for Php198.00 ~ not bad for quite a big tub 8D 

Anyhoo, here’s how it looks like! Texture is very creamy — like erm, lotion :D Pleasant smell too! One thing I don’t like about it is that it’s a bit unhygienic to use because you have to dip your fingers in everytime. Also, it’s a WEE BIT messy to apply; or maybe it’s just me cause it’s my first time to use a cream type make-up remover. 

Moving on, I already tried using this a while ago (Excited, much?). I love that it has the same effect as the Tea Time Facial Wash:

My skin felt super soft and smooth afterwards! *o* 

Since, I don’t really wear heavy make up on a daily basis (Under-eye cream/concealer + BB cream (when I feel like it) + Cheek tint + translucent loose powder + Mascara) , this product works well for me! 

Works like a charm! :D As you can see, I didn’t have to wipe it off over and over before it completely removed the products on the back my hand. One swipe is A-okay! 8D

I don’t normally  apply eyebrow pen and eyeliner (just for shoots) but I decided to try if it’ll work on these since I know a lot of girls wear eyeliners and shiz :D

SO, didn’t work as well as it did with the first two products. It did leave a bit of residue after the first swipe. Took me about 3-4 swipes before the products came off completely. :)

Etude House: Aqua Cure Vitamin Water Facial Mist

I like this very much.

HI GUYS <3 I totes forgot to write this review because I was too busy watching Mara Clara ._. /jologs forever. I love that show LOL /gets shot.

ANYHOO…yes, I LIKE THIS VERY MUCH. Obviously it’s a facial mist as stated on the bottle. It smells like grapefruit! :3 Not too fragrant so it won’t make you sneeze LOL I like how it doesn’t leave your skin sticky / oily. I’ve been spraying this all over my face when I got sick a few weeks back because I was forbidden to excessively expose myself to water ._. gross, ikr. But thanks to this facial mist I didn’t have the urge to wash my face every 5 minutes. hihi. It’s so refreshing and doesn’t make my skin oilier than it usually is. This is perfect for girls…or guys, on the go! :D It supplies vitamins (which is awesome) and provides moisture ! 8D It doesn’t have a brightening effect or anything though; just a refreshing vitamin/moisture spray for your skin. 

Also, I applied this before putting on BB cream a while ago (because I’m a curious little peanut like that) and it actually made the application smoother :) Don’t spray on too much though cause it doesn’t dry that fast! On oiliness; didn’t really make much of a difference but I loved that it didn’t make my face oilier than usual.

Etude House | Yogurt Wash-Off Pack : Review

Adorable packaging! As expected from Etude House! :)

I was sick last Monday- Friday/ still coughing now :c Anyway, my fever + coughing made my skin look very dull and yucky. Then I remembered I had this (Thanks Etude!) *u* I immediately opened the APPLE wash-off pack (Surprise, surprise! I didn’t pick the strawberry! :> )

HMG <3 The scent is so YUMMY and fruity!

The only thing I didn’t like about it is that it’s a bit messy to apply ! 

Texture is a bit watery so it’s kind of hard to apply it evenly. It doesn’t hurt/not too harsh on skin but does have a tad bit of a tingling sensation. It’s also cool/cold so it’s very refreshing ! :) Left it on my face for about 10 minutes (but you can go for 15 I think). Oh and it feels weird (washing off part)… kinda like washing off lotion off your face LOL But don’t worry! It doesn’t leave a sticky slimy coat on your face afterwards.

INSTANT BRIGHTENING, PROMISE :)) + super soft skin! :3 I am so in love with this product. Perfect for ‘dull-skin’ days! :) Can’t wait to try the others! kekeke

Etude House | Fresh Cherry Tint : Review

I was never a fan of blush-on powder. I hate how unnatural and cakey it looks on my skin; not to mention, the lengthly amount of application time required /exaggerating again <_<; Although some brands aren’t bad, I prefer the cheek/lip tints. 

Etude House’s Fresh Cherry Tint is my favorite so far ♥ Awesome staying power and super affordable! :) Php 300 ish~ /forgot exact amount ._.

This is my second tube *u* It comes in three colors ~ red, pink, and orange. Obviously, I got the pink. I want to try the others too D: hmm, I’ll get the orange one next time :D

I’m not very fond of the packaging though :| It’s not messy or anything; it’s just that, I can’t really see if it’s near empty already ._. Wish the tube was erm… transparent or even just translucent so I can see if I need to buy a new one *n* 

Looks rather neon-ish upon application but do not panic! It produces a very soft and subtle pink once blended with the skin. Not too sheer and not too pigmented. 

Consistency is rather creamy; like lipgloss —- but not sticky at all. Hmm… smells nice too! :P

May I also remind you not to leave it unblended too long ~

Awful pink patch ~ Yuck~ IKR :o 

Tip: If you want it to blend easily and less pigmented, I suggest you wet your fingers first before blending it :D Not too much water though! :)
